Amazing customer service

We went to the King store in Northmead and was served by Gulistan. She was not only friendly but also very helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations which made our decision so much easier. Gulistan was also very accommodating to my kids by letting them watch a movie so they’re not bored :) overall Gulistan made our experience feel so much better and easy.

Poor customer service address and sale price honored

After a very upsetting experience with the Store Manager at Nunawading, I wrote a not so positive review on Product review. After a further unsatisfactory phone call with her, I was contacted by Josh and Kerri, regional leaders at King Living. I received an apology for my experience and they honoured the advertised price and prior discussions I had with another consultant. I have since purchased the sofa and look forward to it's delivery.

It was quite easy to navigate online store, but I did have a problem with the price as it had sale price and when I went to order the price was more than twice that quoted.

We had a broken sofa LED light. We had previously brought this to the attention of King Living. The promised new sofa light did not arrive. We telephoned Dee who sold us the Nimbus couch and sofa light. Dee attended to our follow up request quickly to our complete satisfaction.

I had already researched my lounge online. Walked in to look at fabric options. Bought lounge whilst in store. Store lay out spacious and welcoming. Staff very knowledgeable and calm.

King Living

I’m considering purchasing the King cloud 3. Been told the electric issues have been resolved, is this true?
Also looking at the Scali Avoca, any comments?

I have a King cloud 3 3 seater lounge and single chair...very comfortable...but got it about 3 years ago and have had service people out twice for the same fault...apparently it was a design fault...dont know if they have fixed it ???? But service company are very efficient...but can be a bit of a hassle...expensive piece of furniture, and you have to be careful not to sit between 2 chairs as this seems to break the connection

Hi I have a cloud 3 lounge
One of the seats randomly goes to recline mode. I have to wait a time and then I can sit it up

Hi Wayne,
There is a quick reset you can do which should stop the automatic motion of the recliner.
You will need to hold down the first and last buttons on the affected seat module, together, for 40 seconds and this will reset the IR function and should rectify the concern.

Can I buy a replacement mattress for my King Living sofa bed......and the price please....the existing one is called a Kingflex and it’s a double. The springs are gone....very little use...?
