I had the worst experience with Metricon and it all comes down to the Site Supervisor who was in charge. He had absolutely no idea what he was there for. I would ask him if he were to build a house for himself would he do it this way? He waited for me to point out any issues. For example pouring of the concrete in the driveway and the outdoor looked like a child had done that. I will never never go back to Metricon. And their service is pathetic and rude. And all this at a time when there are fewer people constructing houses.

From our first meeting with our sales person to hand over we have been so happy with the process. This is our first home so we were super in-experienced, Metricon helped us through out the whole build. Their staff are always happy to answer questions and go out of their way to help. We have every intention of building investment homes in the coming years and very safe to say we will be using Metricon.

We were very happy with our build with Metricon Homes from the first stage of the process with [name removed], the studio team, our pre construction supervisor [name removed] to our Site Supervisor [name removed]. Our build was complete in record time thanks to [name removed] and his team. We would highly recommend Metricon Homes.

I’m very pleased with the experience I’ve had with metricon. From the moment I got the quote to the end of the build. I have remained well informed of were we were at at all times. The most impressive part was when I went to site and the action and pace that the house was built.
Coming into uncertain times(COVID 19) the superviser put in extra effort to get me into my home and remained positive throughout.

A great experience dealing with both [names removed] throughout the pre-build phase of our new home. Excellent service and kept us moving forward. We enjoyed the experience and organisation. Whilst Metricon had their stock plans we appreciated being able to personalise the layout to suit our family for now and the future.

The build was managed very well by the site manager [name remove]. He communicated regularly and was always pleasant to deal with. The house is great but having lived in it now I have noticed some minor defects. Overall a positive experience and I am enjoying living in my new house.

Ilce is a very professional, competent and caring building supervisor who manages well, and provides excellent workmanship. I have not have any major issues pre, post, or during construction, any small issues that arose were handled swiftly and professionally. I am very satisfied with how well everything was handled. My final cost was spot on with my estimate. You can't ask for more than that.

We have had a great experience building our dream first home with Metricon. The process was very smooth for us, and as first time buyers all of our queries and concerns were always answered. Our site manager was very approachable and professional throughout the entire build, we are very appreciative of the work he produced for us. He was always transparent with us, very accommodating and always timely. We would highly recommend Metricon to our family and friends.

Great experience with Metricon building my first home, quality of work was great and the build time was fast.
I would like to make a special mention of [name removed] in the Bairnsdale Sales Office for all his help and suggestions, and a special mention of [name removed] my Building Supervisor for keeping up me to date and making sure all work was done to an amazing standard.

Sales team were awful to deal with (Traralgon office) however the site manager ([name removed]) and tradies were excellent to work with and quite accommodating. The build was managed well by the site supervisor . The workmanship was excellent The only issue we had was with the efficiency of the sales staff who were misinformed didn’t include some of the features we requested in the contract. The contract signing procedure was badly executed. We have no towel rails in the bathrooms, we requested drawers in the walk in robe and got open cabinetry etc. Final estimate was as expected We built the Santorini 28. I built with Metricon a year ago. Poor quality of workmanship and cheap material used. I logged all the issues within the 90 days and still waiting for a response. It's been over a year.

My floorboards are swollen,water pressure is extremely low.Poor paint job

I will never recommend Metricon to anyone. They don't take responsibility and pass you on from one department to another. There is no complaints or escalation process.

I have emailed their Senior Management and awaiting response.
