Great service, amazing furniture pieces

King Living online made it easy to find our preferred furniture pieces, including material, so we could go in store and quickly decide. Dimitri (in store) was very attentive, knowledgeable, followed up additional queries and communicated quickly. Our purchase was sorted - now we can't wait to see what they look like in our home!

Kristina at King Living Chatswood helped me over more than one visit to arrive at a final decision that I am so happy with! Kristina is very friendly, extremely helpful, patient, and gave me both great information, and space when I needed to think! She and her colleagues also dealt with the social distancing challenges extremely well, I made an appointment each time, and there were few people in the store. She gave me samples and an interim quote to help me along the decision-path. She also was really good at helping with cushion choices and being very knowledgeable about all of the products, from fabric, to measurements to pricing. I would recommend her services, and I can't wait to get the sofa....which will take a while. Thank you

The Northmead store had a great range and well set out. Being that we are in Coronavirus times, the appt set up was very well timed. My assistant Sucheta was extremely helpful and made my experience very enjoyable.

From making our appointment over the phone to coming in-store, product knowledge, demonstrating the many ways the furniture can be modified to suit our needs...and her guidance and patience whilst we chose our leather collection and colour was greatly appreciated. I had a wonderful experience with Melania from King living in Northmead. We booked an appointment due to COVID19- we went to see her because of the Sales they have on offer of the lounge that I've always wanted to have. Melania helped us for two hours, showed various leather colours and helped us make decisions on the coffee table/ottoman. Melania has been an amazing salesperson, very professional and kind. I would like to also thank her manager for helping me through with the purchase. I am excited to have my Jasper II sometime in July.

I didn’t receive my lounge after four delays with the delivery date so I cancelled my order and I’m still chasing them for the balance of my deposit money back. I’ve already given my old lounge away & they did not care. Rubbish customer service.

Due to COVID lockdown we were able to book in a personal appointment for almost 2 hours to be able to select the lounge we needed for our new house. Stunning Service from Iain Gilbert

I received the most AMAZING service from Iain Gilbert. He spent nearly two hours patiently answering all my questions, showing me a wide range of suitable options, providing possible alternatives, going through a huge number of sample colours and advising the best colours for our apartment. Iain was incredible. His product knowledge was fabulous, his patience was endless, his advice was brilliant and his desire to go above and beyond was obvious. He also gave me myriad samples to take away in order to help me choose the right colour. Iain was fantastic and deserves to be paid DOUBLE!!

This is the second piece of furniture I have purchased from King Living, Chatswood, and was fortunately assisted by Jackie both times and both times were pleasant experiences. Very knowledgable and professional, Jackie was helpful in choosing fabrics/colours and made the whole purchasing process seamless. Recently purchased 2 Leon recliners. Had them for 12 days. They are so firm to sit on that my husband just has to get up out of it after an hour. It actually hurts. Please tell me they will soften. I’m so concerned after spending so much on them. My previous ones were super comfy and we only replaced them for aesthetics. Very anxious. Thanks.

Hi Beats L yes they do soften but not quickly. Maybe your husband can put something down on the sofa until it does. The springs in the sofas are there for support so maybe after a very soft sofa his body may be resistant to this support right now
