Awesome couch and amazing customer service from Shannon
Our Jasper 2 was delivered this week and I'm very happy with our choice! I was apprehensive that the colour we went with (Mocha; viva leather) wouldn't complement our living room but I'm so pleased that it does!
We were so happy with the customer service we received from Shannon W (Castle Hill). He gave us his honest opinions and recommendations on the materials to meet our requirements and lifestyle.
Also, the delivery guys were great in setting up the couch, they were professional and efficient.

Wonderful Service
We have been looking to replace our lounge suite for some time and could not be more happier with the service we received from Jizette, a very friendly and engaging young woman that gave us a lot of confidence that we were making the right choices in colour and fabric. My wife was particularly impressed with Jizett's product knowledge of the King range and her personal warmth which was particularly helpful in making the right decisions in what we actually wanted. Extensive range of furniture and wonderful service
We were served by Jackie Cho who helped us chose a two seater lounge for our new apartment. She helped us chose colour, size and accessories for the lounge in a very knowledgeable manner. We also ordered a coffee table. Only disappointing thing is the wait for them. We were very happy to have Jackie serve us.

A lovely store to visit, spacious and product presentation is excellent. The team there are all always friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.
Deb was exceptionally helpful with her advice in helping me to make my choice of a sofa setting, copying my floor plan into her computer and positioning my furniture, leaving me in no doubt that it would fit the space available perfectly. Recently purchased 2 Leon recliners. Had them for 12 days. They are so firm to sit on that my husband just has to get up out of it after an hour. It actually hurts. Please tell me they will soften. I’m so concerned after spending so much on them. My previous ones were super comfy and we only replaced them for aesthetics. Very anxious. Thanks.

Hi Beats L yes they do soften but not quickly. Maybe your husband can put something down on the sofa until it does. The springs in the sofas are there for support so maybe after a very soft sofa his body may be resistant to this support right now
Thanks Roberta. I really hope so. I’m so upset at the fact he is so uncomfortable..Even I find them hard to sit in for any length of time. Fingers crossed.
