We have just purchased a Zaza sofa and were fortunate enough to be looked after by Jizette. I can be indecisive at the best of times but Jizette gave me nothing but confidence in our decisions. She knew the products back to front, she was clear with suggestions on what would look good as well as being practical with small kids. Her assistance was detailed, she was warm and she was not afraid to let us know if she thought certain configurations and materials wouldn't be a good choice for us. We would come back because of Jizettes customer service.

Absolutely thrilled with the reupholstery of our 20+ year King leather sofa. Sam & Karl were particularly strong, polite and professional, with absolute care taken delivering the (covered) sofa in the rain.

Daniel and Leanne looked after my purchase from King Living Moore Park. I couldn't have been happier. Professional advice, they knew their products, fantastic help with choosing fabrics to match my pieces. Great "sale" prices and the delivery guys were on time and did everything to set it all up just the way I wanted it. The furniture is great quality and looks stunning! 10/10.

We've been into the Chatswood King Living shop several times during the last year to figure out the best couch solution for our semi that we're currently renovating. Today, we finally made a decision thanks to the very professional and friendly help from Pree. Pree did several different layouts for us and was very sweet, knowledgeable and patient with us. I'm confident we've now ordered a couch that will fit beautifully in our home and I can't wait for the house to be finished and then take delivery of our Jasper II! Thank you Pree! From Sara

Absolutely love our new bed! We are thrilled with the colour and the service from Dora at the store was wonderful. We are particularly thankful to Sam and Karl for the installation today. Friendly, polite, professional and just all round lovely warm men who couldnt do enough for us. We have had a great experience and now a great bed too!

King furniture has a reputation, therefore it was an easy decision to make and I bought a lounge set. But I was disappointed as the rods rusted within 10 months or atleast I realised it within 10 months of the delivery. King furniture was quick to acknowledge and has now replaced the covers and rods free of charge. The service, delivery people were wonderful.. that is your saviour, King furniture! The guys who came to replace the covers and rods were responsible, helpful and polite. They reassured me about the product and my purchase.

The products are beautiful. I have them in my office. I had the final piece being the armchair delivered today. Each piece is perfect. My shop assistant was fantastic and gave me great advice. I had the pieces delivered and assembled at my office. Sam and Karl were great and were easy to deal with and even adjusted the other pieces in my room so it looks perfect. Thank you

Lounges were presented nicely and in separate areas so it was easier to navigate. Customer service was wonderful and Shannon was super easy going and willing to help. So many fabrics to choose from as well so you'll get exactly what you're after. Can't wait to receive our Zaza lounge.
