After a brief discussion, Pree went out of her way to organise an outcome that met my requirements and budget without any follow-up from myself even after spending 2/3 weeks putting the package together. Never any pushy sales tactics or pressure.

We bought our first King Living lounge suite in 2003, and our second in 2013. We have always received great after-purchase care, with staff going beyond what I expected to help us.
Yet again we purchased more furniture from King this month, and yet again were treated very patiently and respectfully. Connie and Dimitri were excellent at helping us design our modular suite, and indoor dining and outdoor dining settings. Thank you both very much. (And everything being on sale was an extra bonus!)

Yes it was easy to navigate the store. There were a range of products available. Gulistan offered great service and was very patient while i was searching the store. She had fantastic customer serivce and would most definitely go back to her for future purchases.

She was not pushing for sales but simply wanted to be helpful, which we appreciate. Her honest opinion gave us confidence that we’ve come to the right place. Issue with our lounge chair not reclining. Problem was identified & repaired immediately. Fantastic,.efficient service from King service division. Was also contacted 10 minutes prior. All furniture was put back in place .

Love Kings furniture. As a decorator I have always found wow factor in Kings furniture. Wide range of leather and fabrics is really helpful to buy everything under one roof. Sucheta at Northmead was very helpful in selecting products and her knowledge for product was remarkable.

Shannon the sales consultant was very pleasant and knowledgeable, not pushy and interacted with myself and my daughter well. The store is well set out, with a good verity of products, in different sizes, colours and textures, so you can get a better idea of what you really want.
