Oz Design Furniture had exactly what I was looking for. The staff were helpful and professional and offered great advice about rugs and artwork to go with my sofas and TV unit. Would highly recommend.

All good. Slightly disappointed with finish of chairs. Was told chairs hand made. Will be back in future when buying.

The product - chairs - I am happy with. Service not so much - delayed multiple times (it took months not 4-6weeks). Mixed bills, conflicting messaging and stories told. I had to initiate over 90% of contact despite me asking to keep informed.

Glass dining table and 4 x white chairs - all with wood legs; very smart and modern looking. Glass melds into the room not appearing too solid and taking up room; works very well in small area. Perfect size and the chairs are brilliant! Very very comfortable. Excellent service at Maroochydore, prompt delivery. Very happy

Beautiful table, delivered as predicted timing wise but on arrival and un-packaging a couple of small marks one small area where the timber is chipped, lifting

The Chair was perfect for Mum... the long wait time and the rude sales staff person not so perfect. If we hadn't loved the Chair we would have gone elsewhere.

Great service at Bundall, they’re always happy to help. I knew what I wanted, the Rita TV unit solid wood and functional, will last for many years to come and that was central to my purchase.

That table is practical & enhances the space where it is installed beautifully. I was also impressed with the delivery & installation. On time & installation done promptly. All done in 15 minutes!

I was grateful to find a suitable piece of furniture to blend with other timbers in my home. No assembly needed, the sideboard arrived on time and without fuss. All staff were friendly. All in all an easy transaction.

As it is close to white we should have been offered some sort of protection so we don’t mark it. Arrived quickly as promised.

We recently purchased a number of items from Oz Design Maroochydore, including 3 large custom-made sofas, bedside tables, a desk, a coffee table, a nest of tables, and a dining table. All were fine, but the dining table just didn't fit in with the decor. I called the store straight away and asked if I could return the dining table and purchase a more expensive dining table in its place. The franchisee, [Name Removed], came back and said he would take the table back, less a 30% restocking fee. I emailed back saying I thought a 30% restocking ...

Tempest lounge started pilling badly after 6 months and pulling apart of the seams after 10 months. Poor and rude after sales by the customer team and still waiting on replacement covers 7 months on

Now that I have had the stock I ordered delivered I am giving out a public service announcement to tell others to never buy anything from Oz Design Furniture & in particular the Jindalee store. In all my years of retail I have never been treated so badly as I have been the last few months.

Good customer service certainly doesn’t exist in this business & I feel they need to be called out for because it wasn’t just one occasion, it was throughout the whole process. I would of canceled the order except you can only buy the items I was after from this business.

We recently purchased three pieces of furniture, two were available for immediate delivery and one was on a back order. When the third item was delivered we identified several problems with that item, we spoke with the store and customer support. The manner in which our concerns were managed was, in our experience of todays retailers, well beyond what we expected, The prompt, courteous and supportive service that kept us informed throughout the process exceeded our expectations resulting in a replacement item being supplied. We now have three pieces of furniture that look good, do the job they are designed to do and I'm confident they are built to last.

The staff were so helpful and obliging as we had a budget & needed storage options (We were affected by the recent flooding).
The furniture was top quality, quite unique and reasonable priced.

After looking for months for a floor rug we found the right one here which was a reduced to clear rug, so bought it at a good price.

The whole shopping experience was positive I found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable cost and very helpful staff.
