Chris really went out of his way to help me solve sagging couch cushions on a couch that we have had for years. Still an amazing couch after many years.

Ordered Denver 5 seater lounge which had storage under seating. Waited 6 weeks for it to arrive and it was the wrong one. Had to wait another 8 weeks to get the right one. Arrived and still was the wrong lounge and was told I would have to wait another 10 weeks with no guarantee the right one will arrive. Asked for my money back, returned lounge still waiting for refund. Furniture is cheap for a reason!!!!

The store is very open and easy to navigate. Staff around if needed. Good range of items on display. The staff were happy to answer questions and suggest other similar items to try out. A commendable experience

Fantastic staff were very friendly and helpful. Fast delivery times also. Ordered a living room package and couch and the quality great. The few flat packs we had came with really easy to understand instructions.

Very easy to navigate around the store and the product range was good and very happy with what I purchased. I can't wait for it to be delivered. Limited assembly to do.

Found lots of thing we wanted to buy. The shop was easy to get around. The staff all 6 were behind the counter, hard to get them out. When we lucky enough to get one of them to help us. All the iteams proudly shown in your store. Were not available. Not in stock. I have never experienced a store that has nothing to sell. Not allowed to sell floor stock. We gave up and walked out. We needed to furnish a flat. With dining, lounge, bed setting. You didnt have the stock. Give me a break. I really couldnt believe it.

Fantastic Furniture Hervey Bay is easy to access the staff are great, I found what I wanted bought item straight away took it home and assembled with ease, Great store.

Great items value for money with even better warranty offered on products would definitely recommend fantastic to family member's easy to read assembly instructions would buy from again in store or online

I still like the products however sales person did not know his stock and was bordering on rude.
When ordering and paying for the good I was told they would not be in stock for at least two weeks.
Not good enough.

We loved how we could look up the product we wanted online, check which store in our local area had it available in stock and then go an pick it up, with no hassle or fuss and no waiting!

Good range of products and prices easy location with plenty of car parking spaces friendly staff didn't need to wait for any service .I was very happy with overall experience

As I said before the help from Sheena the Sales assistant was nothing but the best her help in choosing what we wanted was the best, The amount of stock to chose from was the tops;, The quality was first class, As I am no spring chicken I had great help from my neighbor who was once a kitchen fitter,

After looking at many bedroom stores we walked into Fantastic furniture - had seen some catalogues and thought it may be a good option. Great value for money - didn't want to spend a fortune on a Queen bed and bed frame for our teen, got amazing service - the attendant had great product knowledge and showed us many options and was not pushy, just helpful AND we got free delivery the next day. The delivery drivers were amazing! Kept us informed as to when they would arrive - great service all round.

We've bought a few things from fantastic furniture and we're always happy with our purchases. great quality and amazing value. Staff are always friendly and super helpful pick-up was a breeze

Assembling the furniture was not that easy. It took us a while to understand how some of the screws/nut worked and so it took us several hours to assemble one piece of furniture.

Easy to find the store & what we wanted
Excellent products & customer service & explained everything in detail from the product to the delivery options
The wife & I will diffently be shopping there again
