Overall easy experience. The rug was displayed and we where to located it. We brought it home and it was easy to unroll and it look great in our office. Highly recommend.

Can’t fault a thing from service to product to delivery all the way through the furniture I purchased looks amazing if I say so my self delivery was prompt and a smooth transaction with the drivers arrived on the date and day I requested customer service on the phones were very professional and courteous

I purchased new furniture for a granny flat. I found it easy to use the website, payment options where great and quick. All items where in stock and delivery was within 2 days of purchase. Very happy with products - now to assemble which is always fun.

Competitive prices as well as quality compared to other more expensive stores based in Mildura. Would be nice if the store had spray seal for marble products which we were considering.

I love Fantastic furniture and have purchased many things from them in the past. everything is always great quality. This time I went in store first to make a decision on beds in person, staff were super helpful and the decision was quick and easy.

Stock availability was poor and they could not deliver my items for 3-4 weeks which to me seems ridiculous. I would expect in the future to get better customer service

Needed to purchase living room and dining room furniture so I purchased online because of current situation was extremely happy with purchase and delivery time will definitely be purchasing again

Staff were helpful and went out of their way to get the piece I wanted from another store. Other places I looked at said it would take up to two months to get what I wanted whereas Fantastic said it would be at my home within the week.

Came in with a vision in mind but was really struggling with putting it together, a lady who worked in store asked what I was after and gave me options, she also helped put the furniture layout together so I could envision it! If you see I hope you know you were so appreciated

Well laid out store with a great selection of furniture items. Quality surpassed my expectations, especially based on the prices. Items are easy to assemble, with more than adequate instructions.

Great range of products at affordable prices and friendly staff will shop there again and very easy pick up at rear of the store and the wall unit was fairly easy to put together
