I have been with internode for a few years now.
Always have reliable connection.
If I've had any questions the phone staff have always helped.
No long waiting time.. and you actually speak to someone in this country

I have found the customer service from Internode to be excellent (on more than one occasion). Recently needed to increase my download limit as working from home due to Corona virus. Plan was increased and the rollover date was kindly brought forward and at no extra charge for the remainder of the month. They went above and beyond without being asked. Was really appreciated.

Technologically great. We are an old couple who love our old landline, but to use it as much as we'd like it is too expensive. Why do you charge for its use?

I used all my data as i am housebound and they were very helpful.I have never had any problems except when i moved with the Nbn.
Ihave been with internode for about 13 years and have recommended them to several people

We are on wireless internet which can have problems occasionally, but on the whole it has been better than feared. If we do have any internet problems we know we will get wonderful assistance from the crew at Internode. We have been with them for perhaps 15 years and they have always been able to quickly resolve any problems.

We have found the service proved by Internode to be very reliable and professional - in particular the staff are very helpful and caring. We do not not have a problem with drop outs with the service provided, since going wireless NBN and we are in FNQ.

These guys have always looked after me over the years with ADSL connection issues at my house prior to NBN and general trouble shooting.
Never had reason to change for over 15 years. I've always been happy with their support.
No drop outs here. I just tested 46.9 up and 18.2 down. On NBN Gold unlimited.
Still happy with Internode

FetchTV application was done online. Pretty straight forward as I am an existing customer of Internode. FetchTV box was delivered within quoted time. Setup was pretty easy as well. Happy customer !!!

Reliable service

As a long term customer I can confirm that I haven't experienced any issues with Internode. Upgrading to NBN in 2022 was seamless. However I was assured by a representative that i would keep my pre-NBN phone number. On the day of installation I was given a new phone number so something wasn t communicated. Telephony staff are knowledgeable and easy to understand.

I've been a happy and contented Internode customer for over 10 years. Their internet services are superb with excellent NBN plans and competitive pricing. Customer service is second to none with a positive and friendly attitude. Any problems I've had they have taken care of it in a professional and timely manner preventing me from any down time. Helpful, friendly, professional, everything I need in an ISP. If I could rate them with stars, I would give them 10 out of 10. An Australian company whom I cannot recommend high enough to anyone wanting the best.

False advertising and poor service

Internode used to provide great service when it was Australian-based, but now relies on incompetent off-shore call-centres that do not care and have no idea what I signed up for.

Perfect service in all areas

Perfect service, even when I had a problem (drop outs and slow internet) that was not Internode's fault, they helped till it was solved. A new modem was also supplied, that was thought to be faulty, which worked out was not faulty.

Excellent Internet service provider!

I am with internode for almost 2 years now and i have a excellent internet speed (unlimited NBN $79/ a month), we have 8 devices running at the same time and never had a problem with the speed, the transition from ADSL to NBN was a quick and easy process over the phone. Internode have a excellent technical and customer service support team, they provide SMS notifications for the status and follow through with the outcome.

The NBN service from Internode is excellent. They have excellent customer service and local call centres. I recommend Internode to anyone. Don’t fall for cheap imitations. This company have great prices and great service.

Other providers are much cheaper for the same product, with one company offering speed >50mbps & unlimited data at $60/m.
I stay with Internode because the service is exceptional; connection is reliable.

Hello everyone, I have not been able to send mail for the last week. I rang internode today and was told that this is because I have sent over 25 emails per day and my account had been marked as "spam". I am a medical professional working at home 2 days a week because of COVID restrictions. I require emails to do my job but cannot use the "cloud" due to sensative nature of the content. I tried to upgrade my service but was told that as the email service is free it is not possible to do that. I was also told that although it could be unblocked, when i sent 25 emails in 24 hours again it would be blocked again. This is going to be a hard ask for me at the moment. I s there any work around solutions for this issue??

We're sorry to hear this but thank you for taking the time to ask your question, we do appreciate it. The e-mail limit is in place as an anti-spam measure, to stop our mail servers being seen as generating spam e-mail. If this occurs, it can damage the reputation of the mail servers, causing other providers to potentially block, or restrict access to out customer's and their addresses.

If you're sending out a high volume of mail per day, you may need to consider an alternate e-mail address, either through a free source, or a potentially commercial solution. These should be able to help.

Been with internode for 4 days. Signed up for unlimited 50/20 speed. When I log into my account my usuage says 0 gb but been using the net a lot.
