Could not ask for better
I have been online since about 1993, with several ISP's. Internode is by far the best and I am a completely satisfied customer. I think I've been with Internode for about 11 years. Connection excellent, and on the occasions I've called support they've been invariably helpful. Any problem I've had (new machines etc) has been solved. I am not getting paid for this review.

Internode rocks
Every time I ever have an issue internode responds quickly and accurately to solve it. They are utterly reasonable about everything and commit to ensuring our connection always works. When it doesn’t, which is very rare, internode doubles down on its service guarantees.

This ISP never disappoints
I'm with Internode for over a decade. I chose them because they were the most technologically advanced, for example - the first to offer IPv6 in Australia.
The many moves and technology transitions worked flawlessly. There were only few times I had to call Internode for support, and every time I had resolution at the first contact. The callback without losing place in the queue works.
I can sincerely recommend Internode.

Awesome customer service
I've had a seamless transition from ADSL2 (with another service provider) to NBN with Internode. I've had trouble free connection with no dropouts for months. One recent enquiry was sorted within 30 seconds. Highly recommend Internode

internode not the problem
when I first joined I kept losing connection and it would be 2-3 days before a Telstra tech came out and checked home connection .. after this happening numerous times and getting the response from the telstra tech ( a different excuse every time ) we finally got a telstra tech who worked out that our landline no was not marked as in use at the exchange down the road so we kept getting disconnected every time a new customer needed a spot at the exchange .once they sorted it everything was fine . I'm not great with computers and tech stuff so I did appreciate the time they would take with my limited knowledge in response to their questions about the problem ... Has been going well
Has been going well now for a long time, just lately though there has been a little drop out in early evenind peak periods. I think this is to be expected with a lot working from home and also students coming home goin on line.

Four months and still no connection!
I used to recommend Internode to everyone; since being bought by TPG their service has become deplorable!
Their service attendants do not read the case notes and keep making the same miserable mistake week after week after week.
Our business moved premesis and we just wanted to relocate our service. Easy, right?

it is as good as the radio system can work
it works well in off peak times. When there are many using the NBN it gets much slower and drop outs are more often. It is as good as what is available. We have had great service from the internode staff over many years.

Awful Awful inconsistent performance
Wish i didn't sign up with Internode dreadful inconsistent performance from 5mbps to 38mbps nothing close to the paid for service speed.
and the PINGS omg the pings in the 100-250 to Sydney you'd better not be gaming on their service.
How hard is it to give people consistant pings..... I don't care about the download speed.
they have sunk a long way since being the gamer's choice ISP.
Don't be a fool like me and look elsewhere.

Good service
The connection is good. I would have liked the internode (iinet) group to offer loyalty deals for long standing customers. Since I am a pensioner now, at 71, I think a reduced fee would be very satisfying.Each time I have rung for advice I have been treated very well and with kind patience. A credit to the staff.

What a difference this plan has made
Well the new plan started at 42 and this morning 37, we had a plan of 20 before so it’s great, we always like internode for the past 20 years We enjoyed a great service, and yesterday again we waited just 10 minutes before we had a friendly talk about our options and you bend backwards to help us .

Internode gives the best support available
We have been using Internode for 18 years. We switched from another ISP in 2002 when there was an issue with requiring a static IP addresses for work from home reasons, and I got terrible support from an overseas call centre. Internode was recommended to me by our IT administrator at work, so we switched ISP. We have never changed. Whenever there is a support issue (not often - probably only about once every 2 years) I ring the support number, we don't have to hold too long, and then we get an Australian support person who I can communicate wit...Read more

I've used their email support too, and the responses are excellent and thorough and communicated well - again, not from an overseas support centre. I cannot recommend Internode's support more highly. Wouldn't move to anyone else
Very reliable internet. Have been with them for years. On the rare occasion I have had a problem it has been at my end and so good to immediately speak to a clearly understandable and efficient person who sorts me out straight away.

They make everything so easy
An Internode client since they began in multiple premises and with multiple accounts. Never an issue that could not be resolved quickly with one email request or phone call - and that has only occurred a handful of times in over 20 years. Tech support has always quick and easy. There are many alternatives out there but why bother when Internode is so consistently reliable.

Brilliant Customer Service
I have tried other providers and left frustrated not only with a poor connection, but more importantly the service level to support. With internode the experience has been that which one would expect.

Since the upgrade he said its better but still not super good, which just staggers me given down load speeds of 70-90 Mbps and upload speeds of 20-30 Mbps. One suggestion was new modum. Hello everyone, I have not been able to send mail for the last week. I rang internode today and was told that this is because I have sent over 25 emails per day and my account had been marked as "spam". I am a medical professional working at home 2 days a week because of COVID restrictions. I require emails to do my job but cannot use the "cloud" due to sensative nature of the content. I tried to upgrade my service but was told that as the email service is free it is not possible to do that. I was also told that although it could be unblocked, when i sent 25 emails in 24 hours again it would be blocked again. This is going to be a hard ask for me at the moment. I s there any work around solutions for this issue??

We're sorry to hear this but thank you for taking the time to ask your question, we do appreciate it. The e-mail limit is in place as an anti-spam measure, to stop our mail servers being seen as generating spam e-mail. If this occurs, it can damage the reputation of the mail servers, causing other providers to potentially block, or restrict access to out customer's and their addresses.
If you're sending out a high volume of mail per day, you may need to consider an alternate e-mail address, either through a free source, or a potentially commercial solution. These should be able to help.
