Easy to navigate the store, great selection of products on display and friendly staff. Great quality products that were very easy to assemble. Delivery guys were great and helpful aswell.

I found a chair I really liked online but didn't want to buy without seeing and sitting on it. I rang around and Northland store said they had one just arrived out the back but they were happy to set it up near the front door if I wanted to come and see it. The store was careful to social distance and offered me hand sanitiser etc. They ordered 2 for me and I was able to pay over the phone and when I came to collect they took the chairs out the boxes and loaded them into the boot completely contactless.
The chairs are great! Absolutely perfect for what I wanted at a great price! Very happy with it all.

We bought the Mango Creek Dresser in clear lacquer/white online, without previously viewing in store. We couldn’t be happier. Ordering online was easy. The dresser is lovely and exactly what we were looking for, but understand that “white” is more slightly cream which looks really good with the beautiful mango wood top. The dresser arrived in 2 weeks as stated. Oz Design Mornington’s delivery guys were terrific. Very happy buyer.

Love the mirror. Ordering was simple. Delivery was timely considering it was in the midst COVID 19. Very impressed with the quality and ease of ordering on line. Delivery notifications meant I knew when my delivery would arrive.

Online orders should have some option for exchange if the product is unsuitable when it arrives. This is standard consumer protection. I wanted to exchange our table for a smaller size.. I was told too bad

We bought another piece of the same brand of furniture and were surprised at the great choices of the Porto range. It was very easy to navigate to find what we wanted and we are also very satisfied with the quality of the furniture.

No problem looking around and choosing from range in store and felt price was fair and appropriate for quality. Assembled six chairs with no problem after navigating the first one. The “girls” in the store were obliging and helpful.

Saw item at store, called the next day and ordered, delivered on time and efficiently. Quite amazed at the range of products available. Generally, found prices a little on the high side but recognise that you get what you pay for. Oz Design products are innovative in design, contemporary and well constructed.

The store was large and had a great display off the products which is a large range, we were able to buy of the floor and the assistant to get it loaded onto the car was great as well, sales assistant was outstanding and so helpful, thank you for a positive shopping experience.

The staff at Toowoomba's OZ DF store were very helpful, allowing us to take home their floor stock breakfast bar stool so we could see how it would look and work in our new kitchen. Later that Sunday we rang and ordered two stools which arrived in store by Thursday. On the following Monday we rang and ordered two more and they arrived on Friday. Simply excellent service and we're very happy with the look and comfort of our 'Sari Casa' stools.

Easy to assemble dinning chairs found on the website. Just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Went in store to purchase but shop attendant wasnt very helpful, ended up ordering and picking up ourselves.

The catalogue and store display is awesome. I had my chairs within the week. The sale price was fantastic and the quality is very high. They’re contemporary but they look great around my antique dining table

Easy to navigate.
In hindsight, a wider range of product would have been better.
Wanted a blueish colour but 'Duck Egg Blue' is on the 'green' side of blue, so can't use it. Disappointing as there doesn't seem to be an option to return for credit during COVID19 crisis.
