Our experience at Plush in Dandenong with Chelsea was very satisfying, Chelsea spent all the time we needed with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase, she was very friendly, helpful and had an input into our choices as this is an investment for the next few years we wanted to get it right, our choice ticked all the boxes and we can't wait for it to arrive, thank you Plush and Chelsea in Dandenong for a great experience.

The whole process of purchasing our new modular sofa has been great! From the service received by Chun at the Springvale store making sure we were happy with our purchase, to our delivery guys and Corey the technician that came out. Corey was so helpful giving us extra tips and tricks about keeping our couch looking great! Service has been very professional and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

We wanted to browse first and test the few options we found online. Nicole happily let us do this and once we needed extra help, she was right onto it! Super helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question we had and helped us buy our dream couch for our dream home.
Will definitely be going back when we need to start furnishing our next room!

I bought a couch from Frank at Plush Richmond a few weeks ago but had previously browsed and asked my million questions to David G at the Moorabbin store. Between the two of them it couldn’t have been easier and I’m really happy with the choice I (finally) made. Having such an easy experience for a big purchase was a dream.

We had excellent service from Amy at Plush, Ballarat. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and gave us space and time to make decisions without feeling rushed. We were very impressed with our Plush shopping experience.

Spacious & well organised store. Everything is do easy to navigate to find exactly the product being sought. The design area is fabulous where you can examine exactly what you want, should the precise variant not be on display in the finish desired.

Jacki was so helpful in helping me make the choice from so many great options and explaining the insurance options. Looking forward to lazing about on my new sofas. Thanks.

Great range of products in the showroom, once we decided on the snuggle chair, David was a delight to deal with, very helpful guiding us through material choices. Chair arrived while we were O/S, David was able to arrange a time that we could do a pick up after we returned cheers David

Having purchased two couches from Plush previously in the past 15 years, I was happy to purchase again as they are the most comfortable of couches and have never had an issue with the structure/material. Danielle assisted for this purchase, again at the Shepparton store, and her knowledge, advise and assistance was much appreciated. We now eagerly wait our new purchase to arrive!

I saw Kate when I first came in for a look and decided to go in for purchase rather than online because she was so helpful. I hate pushy sales people and Kate was knowledgeable, easy going and honest about her opinions in fabrics which would work for me and my dog Clover, which I appreciated. Cannot wait for my couch to arrive!

Had my Plush furniture delivered by Jonahtan and Blake. They were polite, careful of our property and highly efficient and professional in their service. They assembled the furniture on site and took away the rubbish. A great service from start to finish.

David Gundry at the Moorabbin store was very impressive. His product knowledge and listening skills made us feel 100% confident we made the right decision with our new lounge suite order. We were very comfortable throughout the process.

Before I had entered the showroom I had already spent time on line researching couches.
I had looked at several different suppliers.
I decided to go into the store to look at one of my preferred couches.
While there I decided not to go further and purchase my sofa from Knox Plush.
The customer service was fantastic and Melissa was extremely helpful.
I felt comfortable in the place and I was able to spend time sitting on the couch I wished to purchase.
After consulting with my family I returned several days later and purchased the couch.

We were greeted by the lovely staff at Plush in Northland. we were given time to browse and see what we liked. We were then greeted again by Tanya who was fantastic! She explained the quality and the options we had for the furniture we were after. She was patient and knowledgeable, but not pushy! We changed our minds a few times and she was understanding and very helpful through the experience! We are so exciting for our furniture to arrive!
