The store was very neat and furniture arranged in very appealing displays giving me great ideas. Large range of quality products on display and the staff very helpful.
We needed to assemble our purchase and this was done without any problems.

Saw a beautiful bed online and came in store to check it out. Purchased out of FOMO once seen. Was going to buy a few other pieces but service was abrupt. I passed it off as a bad day, but on a follow up call to try and get information on delivery and timings (over a week later) was given such a miserable and sarcastic attitude from the same salesperson that the store is now banished. Thanks Melinda, but the online sales technician got all the commission.

The store was beautifully decorated and set out in a manner that one could create a similar style at home. The coffee table I bought is stunning. Unique. Solid timber. I love it! However, white the products were extraordinary and the store was inviting it was the service I received from Di. A beautiful lady who not only knew her product but is a damn fine human who is caring and compassionate to boot!!! I will definitely go to Oz Design first when needing to decorate my home.

Store and selection great, service overall good, very happy with purchase. Lack of communication regarding when my order was coming and I had to chase myself for a few days though.

It's a nice piece we bought. Overpriced like everything in the world (except petrol- can you believe that? ) but it suits our place. Delivery cost we're ridiculously expensive ( considering the cost of petrol). Staff were about as excited to see us as i am when visiting my mother in law.

The store is great, very interesting & quality products, I should say its expensive. we really loved the desk, the small literature on the table was very nice, we are happy that wood is 100 years old & our purchase is helping community to replant trees.

After viewing the Catalogue, I knew what I was wanting to buy when I entered the store, and the sales lady was particularly helpful.
The buffet and ETU arrived earlier than expected (quite rare these days) and I couldn't be happier with the look and quality. The units came fully assembled.

The Oz Design sales team took us through the options and showed us examples in the shop based on our preferences. This enabled us to keep the Australian Blackwood streamline design theme for the dining table, chairs and breakfast bar stools.

Pick up was relatively easy from offsite storage, staff were friendly & helpful, bed was easy to assemble. Quality of the bed is very good and overall I love it! Great purchase!

When I called to order the lady on the phone was so professional and polite made ordering a sofa very easy.
I came a week early which was nice.
Delivered to the door and the delivery people brought it up the stairs.
Product we saw in store so was as advertised.
No complaints and would use again.
