Beautifully set out store, friendly staff who knew their stuff but didn’t chase me around the store or try to force a sale. Kept in contact to let me know when my lounge would be arriving and my options for delivery.

Very helpful in store. Diagrams and options effective in tailoring sofa to our needs. Very happy with the delivery process and end product. Obtaining colour sample helped us choose something that suited. Would recommend to product and customer experience to others.

Dealing with the store was fantastic but there were 3 damaged dining chairs and damaged corner of dresser which we are waiting on to be delivered but they are delayed.

Dissatisfied totally with product quality and care factor from store manager. Paid for quality dining suite and got a lemon. Tasmanian oak dining suite and backrest and seat pad totally destroyed. Not even offered replacement back or seat pads. Paid good $$$ for cheap quality. Stay away!!!!

I rang ahead to check on floor stock and was greeted with a friendly, professional attendant. This high level of service continued when I arrived in the store and throughout the process. The staff were all very knowledgeable about their products and gave friendly, personal advice. The furniture was delivered on time (to the minute!) and was even better quality than expected.

Carla, sales assistant was great. She helped us special order exactly what we wanted. She was honest and accurate about delivery time always eager to help. We are thrilled with how the three sofas turned out, much better than we expected. All our friends who see the penthouse rave about the sofas. The delivery men were really experts, getting the largest sofa in the elevator required magic, and somehow they got it done. They unpacked and placed everything quickly and were polite and helpful in every way. We have made it a point to tell our friends about how pleased we are with Oz Design. We will certainly be repeat customers.

Very disappointed at what we received compared to example on showroom floor. The quality and finish, especially the paint work, was very inadequate. Shoddy work resulting in paint work that resembled a finish that looked more like the undercoat with no top coat. All the more disappointing considering the cost of the item.
We will not be returning, nor referring.

I was very pleased to say the staff at Maroochydore where very good once we had fix a miss understanding up. They allowed me to purchased 2 other items that I required instead of going through a 3mths wait for the other item. We are very happy with the quality of the products.

The layout of the store is easy to navigate and showcases lovely design concepts. The staff are fabulous and not only did their best with pricing but personally looked after us with pushing through deliveries etc. Would highly recommend this store.

Ordering and dealing with the people at the store was good, when the delivery driver came he dropped the stuff in the room. We paid for premium to unpack and remove rubbish. Oz Design wouldn't send someone out to complete the works

We found the store a pleasant experience and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided on some unique designed chairs along with a couch and were very pleased with the final product. We would certainly recommend OZ Design.

The staff at the local store were very helpful and went the extra mile to enable me to get the couch I loved and quicker than expected. They were very flexible and kept in contact with me throughout the process. The couch is perfect and the price was very reasonable for the quality.

The in store experience was amazing the furniture quality and design is timeless very solid well finished will last a lifetime. The order lead time was good and I had to delay delivery due to property access which was no issue, delivery and assembly service was exceptional too.

We looked "everywhere" trying to find a chair and three seater in leather for a smallish room. We found them at Oz Design and were assisted by two wonderful ladies. We were told it would take 12 weeks for delivery from overseas and even as the current global pandemic arrived, delivery took only one week extra. A small amount of assembly and they look and feel great. Thankyou Oz Design.

Purchased a beautiful 2.5m teak dining table with a live edge and matching bench seat. Got it for a bargain half price because it was floor stock. The Castle Hill store has really nice furniture for many different styles. So happy with my purchase. Will definitely go back, but need to keep an eye on the sales as retail price can be quite expensive.

From the time we walked into the store to the time we took delivery the service was excellent. Absolutely love our new couch and love it is Australian made. A+
