Our new lamps work perfectly with our coastal decor. The staff at Kotara were very helpful to make sure we were happy with our choice. Pick up was effortless and again the staff were great.

Service wasn’t pushy, but extremely kind and helpful. It was a joy to wander around this store. It’s nice that you can mix and match a lot of the items together.

We ordered an entertainment unit which arrived within the 12 week expected wait. Couldn't be happier with it - very stylish. The northland store wAs well stocked and set out.
The sales ladies were very helpful.
The assembly was ok it took three of us but didn’t take long, getting rid of the rubbish was a hassle though but given our current situation I understood they couldn’t assemble and take rubbish away.

Oz design is spacious, easy to view products, gives plenty of ideas, whole room set ups are good,

Ordered a coffee table in mid January. It was out of stock and I was advised it would be in by mid February. Bec called me to advise that the boat had been delayed in China and that it would not be delivered until late March. She offered me a refund due to this which was professional. Bec kept me informed via e-mail of the status and the able arrived earlier than expected. All in all a positive transaction.
